Summary	3.1     The Committee took evidence from the Minister for Communities and Tackling Poverty on the financial implication of the Renting Homes (Wales) Bill. 3.2     The Chair agreed to write to the write to the Chair of the Communities, Equality and Local Government Committee.

Summary	4.1     The Committee took evidence from the Welsh Local Government Association, Cardiff Council and Rhondda Cynon Taf Council for its inquiry into Collection and Management of Devolved Taxes in Wales. 4.2     The Welsh Local Government Association agreed to provide information on benchmarking the costs of collection of council tax and non-domestic rates.
